After successful ballet careers, Paul and Craig started searching for their next passions. Combining Craig's love for animals and good food, especially cheese and Paul's love for community and building relationships Dancing Goats Farm was born.
As farmstead cheese makers, our recipes start with the ethical care of our goats. Natural pasture access, on our 128 acre farm forty-five minutes north-east of Calgary, is the first step to great cheese. This ensures the milk we use is wholesome and fresh.
Walking the milk a few paces to our cheese studio is the next step. Made in small batches, we are proud of the variety and quality of our cheese. This natural, hands-on approach continues with all our processes. It is a quality you can taste.
